1. Overview & Operating Identity

Infinite Context (ICX) is a persistent epistemic memory and long-context product operated by Calera Computing, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") under the Calera Labs brand. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, processed, and protected when using the ICX API, SDK, MCP servers, and web interfaces.

2. Memory Space Isolation & Zero Foundation Model Training Guarantee

Document archives, text streams, and tokenized representations ingested into your ICX memory spaces are strictly isolated per tenant organization ID (X-CaleraLabs-OrgId). We never use customer memory spaces, document contents, or query streams to train public foundation models, tune third-party statistical weights, or share data across accounts.

3. AI Agents, Swarms & MCP Integration

When invoking ICX endpoints from autonomous AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients, ICX acts solely as a persistent memory and grounded fact projection engine. Tool outputs delivered to external agent runtimes are governed by the user's client configuration.

4. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) Encryption

If you optionally configure BYOK third-party LLM credentials in the Universal Dashboard, your API keys are encrypted at rest using Google Cloud KMS envelope encryption and are only utilized to execute completions you explicitly trigger.

5. Telemetry & Privacy Controls

We collect anonymized operational telemetry (request counts, latency metrics, error status codes) to monitor cluster availability. No document memory contents are included in telemetry streams. You can opt out of analytics telemetry at any time in your Universal Dashboard.

6. Instant Memory Deletion & Data Retention

Customers maintain continuous sovereignty over their memory spaces. You can flush or delete memory spaces at any time via the ICX REST API (DELETE /v1/memory/spaces/{space_id}) or through the Universal Dashboard. Deleted memory spaces are purged from active memory structures immediately.
