Privacy Policy

1. Overview & Operating Identity

Infinite Context (ICX) is a Calera Labs product operated by Calera Computing, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, processed, and protected when using the ICX API, SDK, and website interfaces.

2. Memory Space Isolation & Zero Training Policy

Document archives, text streams, and token SDRs ingested into your ICX memory spaces are strictly isolated per tenant organization ID (X-CaleraLabs-OrgId). We do not sell customer data or use customer memory space contents to train foundation models for other accounts.

3. Dashboard Authentication & SSO

Account authentication and single sign-on (SSO) are managed centrally via the Calera Labs Dashboard at dashboard.caleralabs.com/dashboard utilizing Firebase Authentication services.

4. Telemetry & Technical Usage Data

We collect anonymized operational telemetry (request counts, latency metrics, error status codes) to monitor system health and maintain service availability. No document memory contents are included in telemetry streams.

5. Data Retention & Memory Space Deletion

Customers may flush or delete memory spaces at any time using the dashboard keys/memory management console or via the ICX REST API (DELETE /v1/memory/spaces/{space_id}). Deleted memory spaces are purged from active memory structures immediately.
