Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Infinite Context (ICX) API, SDK, and related services operated by Calera Computing, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") under the Calera Labs product brand. By creating an account, generating API keys, or invoking ICX API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. API Access & Usage Rules

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable tier subscription fees, Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the ICX API. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile Volumetric Lattice Network components; (b) exceed rate limits or bypass account quotas; (c) use the API for unlawful or malicious activities.

3. Customer Data & Memory Space Privacy

You retain all rights and ownership over document content and text streams ingested into your ICX memory spaces. Company does not use customer memory space content to train foundation models for other customers. Memory space data remains isolated per tenant organisation ID (X-CaleraLabs-OrgId).

4. Third-Party LLM (BYOK) Responsibility

When using optional Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) integrations with third-party LLM providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI), you are subject to those providers' respective terms and policies. Company is not liable for third-party LLM availability, generation quality, or API billing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calera Computing, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of API usage or service interruptions.
